Fear
Fear is pervasive; it colors most of what the human condition feels and looks like. You live in a fear based society filled with terrors seen and unseen. What is there to fear?
Death?
Pain?
Destruction?
Loss?
Germs?
Take a moment and think about something you recently feared. Now we are not asking you to think of something horrendous unless that is what has just occurred. We are asking you to think of the last time you felt fear or even anxiety for that is like “mini-fear.” What made you anxious? Was it the fear that was making you upset within your control? By this we mean did you have the ability to stop the action or thought? Was the thing you feared worth that amount of stress on your body? What was the outcome? Did something bad happen or did it just dissipate? How much of the anxiety and fear were simply based in your mind or belief system? Did your fear change the outcome?
If you begin to practice walking calmly forward in life pushing aside all the fears and concerns about, ”what if and maybe’s,” you will find much greater energy and strength for dealing with the realities of life. Most of you live in "might be’s" and "could happen’s" rather than simply allowing life to unfold. If you allow life to happen and you remain calm, it is amazing what you can deal with in a calm, centered way.
Now look at another fear. First ask, is it real? Don’t begin to give your Self evidence of how it might occur, the question really is -"Is it occurring right now?" If the fear is motivated by something in your head that is trying to upset and derail you, stop for a moment and re-center. Is the fear REAL? Does it have any basis in fact or is it something you make-up to keep you from living your life fully? If you begin to dissect the fear or anxious feeling bit by bit, it becomes less of a monster and more of a puzzle to solve. Be real and honest with your Self and you will begin to see the fears lessen and disappear and reality take you into the next life phase.
We leave you with loving fearlessness.
