NOW

Now is the time.

Now is always the time.

You have said this to others and you have had it said to yourself, but look at the logic of it NOW. Now is what you have, Now is when you can react, Now is your first chance, Now is your first meeting, Now is the moment and in each moment a miracle can occur. It cannot occur if you are wallowing in self-pity or depression or sadness or anger or judgment. Now and its miracles can occur when you are at peace, when you are without walls, when you are sailing along without expectation, when you are even at rest. For often when you rest you can be at peace and that allows for energy, thoughts, insight and miracles to occur. Do not worry about yesterday or tomorrow, worry about NOW. What is happening to you right NOW? You are in meditation and receiving information. What does that feel like? When you are in conversation with friends or strangers, listen for the clues that are being given. You might hear a clue that is key to your understanding of life or a certain concern you may have. Those snippets could easily have been lost if you are not been in the moment, in the Now.

Now and Know are very similar. Your country uses the phrase, being in the “Know” and this is taken to mean that you are tuned in. Remove the K from the word and you in the NOW and that means the same thing, being tuned into the flow of life and the cosmic aspects of it. You all live in fear of the Now and perhaps that is why you spend so much time in the other places such as yesterday and tomorrow. You can all have great stories about how something that happened a year ago, two years ago or twenty years ago is making you stuck.  So that in one month or one year or sometime in the indeterminate future you will not be able to have what you want.

Don’t miss out on the present (if you live too far in the past or too far in the future you miss out on the present). In your language there are many ways to pronounce present and many meanings depending on context and pronunciation. They all harken to the fact that you must be present. You must be present to win is often used in your lotteries and raffles. It is true of life. People hear it all the time and yet they don’t get it. In order to win or to see the miracles or to live the life you are given, you must be PRESENT to win!!

Please understand that it is human nature to have memories, but they can be only that, memories. They should not be goblins and demons that rule your life. The future is fun to think about and anticipation is great, but if you can shift your focus from something amorphous out there to something that you are anxious to see, even though it is unseen, then you will find more excitement in this ride called life.

Worry only creates more worry and it leads to depression. Joy creates more Joy and it leads to what? JOY! We are not asking you to be in polarized emotions - either joyful or depressed, but rather to navigate the shoals of life by staying in the moment, not anticipating the worst and remembering the horrors, but rather embracing each day as a PRESENT from God to create something in without constraint of past foibles or future fears.

Be in joy and know you are loved.

Namaste
